Better explanation of the process required

Hi, thank you for the opportunity to apply. Overall the experience was good. The photographer was great and chantelle that went through my details with me was awesome also. When I arrived there wasn’t much of a welcome from the receptionist. She was more interested in being on her phone than explaining the process. Better explanation of the time line involved would be beneficial. When I came back from the shoot no one told me how long it would be or anything. Maybe that might be something to address. Making the wifi available for people in the waiting room would be great too and maybe somewhere to make tea. Just to make people feel a little more at ease. I was very happy with the outcome of my shoot. My star rating is for my overall experience.
