The service in getting back to a customer after applying online was remarkably fast. The biking process was nice and easy. I got a follow up call the day of my appointment to ensure I was still attending the shoot. On arrival at the studio, the photographer we met was nice and friendly. She handled my baby well and was gentle with him. She was also quick and smooth with her working skills. We then spoke with Alexa who was also very friendly and helpful. She ensured me and my husband had privacy when making a decision. Alexa was also enthusiastic about her work and the photos we produced. She was also good at explaining the process well considering we were new to this. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely recommend friends and family to the studios.
